a. Payment for studio services must be made in full and in advance of the scheduled booking time. b. Payment methods accepted may vary and will be communicated during the booking process.
a. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. b. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the payment.
a. Studio equipment and facilities should be used responsibly and in accordance with any provided guidelines. b. Any damage to studio equipment or facilities caused by the client will be the client's responsibility, and charges for repairs or replacements may apply.
a. Clients and their teams must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while on the studio premises. b. The use of hazardous materials or activities that pose a danger to others in the studio is strictly prohibited.
a. Clients retain ownership of their intellectual property (e.g., images, videos, recordings) created during studio sessions. b. The studio may request permission to use client-created content for promotional purposes, with proper attribution and consent.
a. Any personal or sensitive information provided during bookings will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
a. The studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during studio sessions. b. Clients are responsible for their own insurance coverage for their equipment and personnel.
